This book has influenced me and comforted me by putting the meaning and all the emotions of a loved ones passing into words I could finally understand. In the book Tim Bowler writes about the main character’s worries about their passing loved one. It also talks about how she lets her loved ones spirit go and it made me feel normal about the mixed emotions about when my Nan passed away- making me like the old me again.
